This shop operates as a made-to-order business.
All products are produced only after orders are placed. Orders collected within one calendar month are planned and manufactured in the following month, with shipping starting toward the end of that production period.
The entire process is handled in-house by a single person. Every step—from preparation to production and finishing—is done manually. This requires advance planning, as a large number of materials must be sourced and organized before production can begin.
As a small and growing business, space is limited. The available workspace is currently just sufficient to house the necessary machines. There is no external warehouse or storage facility, and production capacity is intentionally kept within realistic limits.
This structure defines how and when products are made and shipped, and it ensures a consistent and predictable production cycle.

Breaks during normal use: Each set is inspected before shipping. Resin is durable, but not indestructible. Handle articulated parts with care. If something breaks under normal use within 180 days, contact me—we'll figure it out.
Breaks from dropping/force: Not covered. These are display-quality artisan pieces, not tools. Treat them accordingly.
You change your mind: 14-day return window after delivery. Set must be unused, original packaging intact.
